Below is the reciepe of Khandvi for you

INGREDIENTS OF KHANDVI

4 Services

1 cup Gram flour (besan)

3 cup buttermilk

1 inch ginger

2 green peppers

2 press salt

3 tablespoons Refined oil

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 push the asafoetida

1 teaspoon mustard seeds

Decorative

2 tablespoons ground coconut

1/4 bunch coriander

Process to make Khandvi

Step 1

Khandvi is one of Gujarati's easiest food. Made with other easily available ingredients this dish is a perfect blend of sweet and colorful aromas garnished with crushed coconut and coriander leaves. Here's how to prepare this delicious meal at home. Take a glass bowl, sieve besan. Remove the green pepper seeds and prepare the ginger and chilli paste.

Step 2

/ 5

The oil on the back side of the stainless steel plate or on the marble table with a little oil, prevents the khandvi mixture from sticking and reduces the process of rolling the Kandand. Combine besan with ginger-green chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice and buttermilk, making sure there are no lumps.

Step 3

In a covered bottom pan, cook the mixture by stirring constantly, until it becomes a smooth, creamy texture. It takes a few minutes to make this ready. Immediately spread the components of the mixture over the perverted table made of oil or marble table as small as possible while the batter is still very hot.

Step 4

When cool, cut strips 2 inches wide and fold them tightly and be careful not to break. We heat two tablespoons of oil and add a pinch of asparagus and mustard seeds. When they split / splutter, pour the pieces.

Step 5

Serve immediately garnished with freshly ground coconut and chopped green coriander leaves. It goes well with coriander chutney, coriander mint chutney or garlic chutney.
