1 cup dates / khajoor, pitted

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup dry coconut, grated

1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter

1/four cup (as per your flavor) honey or maple syrup

Nuts : any nut or dried fruits of your desire

1 cup cashew / kaju

1 cup almonds / badam

Half cup walnut / akhrot

1/four cup pistachios / pista

1/4 cup of raisins / kishmish

1/2 cup fig / anjeer

Seeds : any seeds of your preference. ( non-compulsory )

2 tbsp flax seeds

2 tbsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

Dark chocolate ( 70% to 90 % darkish )
